Returns and Exchanges

At XSJ, we strive to provide each and every customer an exceptional experience and hope they leave completely satisfied with their purchase. We can only hope that our items brings joy and excitement to our customers. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item based on our current Return and Exchange Policy.

Returns

Returns are permitted within 7 days from the delivery date as stated on the shipment's tracking information.

>Jewelry must be in good, salable condition with all original certificates and accessories. All packaging materials, instructions, and warranties that were included in the original packaging must be included with the return or exchange of merchandise.
>Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange. All packaging materials, instructions, and warranties that were included in the original packaging must be included with the return or exchange of merchandise.
>Returns are NOT allowed on special order jewelry or watches. All special order sales are final.
>Returns are NOT allowed for merchandise bought in the Outlet section. All Outlet sales are final.
>Charge credits are issued to the original purchaser on the account to which the item was charged.
>All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
>XSJ reserves the right to deny a return attempt if any of the above requirements are not met. If a return is denied, the merchandise will be returned back to the address it was sent from.

Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted within 30 days from the purchase date for jewelry and watches.

>Jewelry must be in good, salable condition with all original certificates and accessories. All packaging materials, instructions, and warranties that were included in the original packaging must be included with the return or exchange of merchandise. 
>Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange. All packaging materials, instructions, and warranties that were included in the original packaging must be included with the return or exchange of merchandise.
>Exchanges are NOT allowed on special order jewelry or watches. All special order sales are final.
>Exchanges are NOT allowed for merchandise bought in the Outlet section. All Outlet sales are final.
>>XSJ reserves the right to deny an exchange attempt if any of the above requirements are not met. If an exchange is denied, the merchandise will be returned back to the address it was sent from.

In-Store Purchases

Purchases made in a Paseo Jewelers location may only be exchanged at that location. XSJ will not exchange a purchase made at a Paseo Jewelers location. The reason for this is because XSJ and Paseo Jewelers do not match prices. 

Online Purchases

If you purchased your item online, you may only exchange it through mail.

>Pack the item securely. Use the original package, if possible. Enclose the original packing slip.
>If you do not have your original packing slip, print out your order summary found online.
>All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
>For your protection, we recommend that you use a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking services from providers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip:
